Busy busy weekend

I think this marks my first entry from my new home and new Mac desktop. Anyways.

It was a busy busy weekend. There was Camp Mumbo going on, I had to spend considerable amount of time practicing for the recital on Sunday, and we had to prepare for the housewarming cum gathering for our SSEAYP clique today. And I've yet to study for my test on Wednesday.

But it was fun. Actually, I'm not sure if 'fun' is the right word to use, but it was good to feel some excitement and ongoings amidst the usual and monotonous everyday life. Oh, and the videographer even managed to get our wedding summary out for us today. Nice :P

The recital was good. We thought the choice of songs were not quite a match with the audience but I'm sure glad my parents made it for it. Not so much for the recital and my playing, but rather for the chance for them to be exposed and in touch with christian messages. The piece that I had major problems with turned out, phew, FINE. Thank God. And Pastor Timothy Huang was oh so charismatic and learned. Oh, and he sings beautifully :D

Today was fun too. Apart from baby Zaccheus being the centre of attention, the Wii console set literally stole the limelight. It was great fun meeting up with everyone since the wedding. Catching up, makan-ing, checking out our new place, viewing Aileen's cameo on Crime Watch... everyone here is part of our memories and history. Thank God for them.
