Awaiting God's blessings

At last count, my total worth in this year will be 916,775Y in all. That converts to around 1146SGD per month. Not too bad by the standards for a part-time Shufu.

What I am more jiman about is that I've managed to clock some income every month. Even when I was given last minute notice of non-renewal of contract. Even when I thought it would be difficult to get any form of part-time work with just 4 months prior to departure. God provides!

And what was even more amazing were the friendships He sent in my new employment. These people truly added that extra touch to these last months here.

As the tsuyu continues its final downpours, the Shufu awaits the arrival of the oya, the obachan, and the trip to come. And most of all, the arrival (hopefully) of what they started out on 7 July.
