Pastor Kory Mears' message last Sunday had the flesh and spirit fighting tooth and nail.
Fatigue produces grouchiness. Or snappiness. Whatever name it is given.
So the Flesh gets upset over... something. Silence takes over, and don't feel like saying anything.
And the Spirit is fighting it. Rationalising for the Flesh to get over it. But one look in the morning at the fatigued, and the Spirit loses.
Turns out, the Flesh was waiting for something.
A sign of distress? A softening of approach? An apology? An acknowledgement of error?
Or perhaps, just a realisation.
