The term used is 'realignment', not 'reorganisation'. I suppose it is better to let people know we are organised, but just, not so aligned.
Well, whatever the case. The sense of excitement is as fuzzy as the huge torrent of rain out there, masking the sun and the skies.
Good? Bad? Bobian? Given a choice? Want it? Don't care?
