I am not alone. Turns out everyone else (in the department) is just waiting. Passing time. Anticipating the inevitable to come.
Reorganisation.
THAT is the hope we're clinging on to. It is with THAT dirty word can we see a future for ourselves in the organisation. To get out of the current circumstances and start afresh in a new environment, with new people and new bosses. Without bias and prejudice. Without being labelled Band 4 regardless of kopi hours. Hopefully.
