Not very good at planning, especially since I'm not one of those identified as a 'promising young officer'.
I often try too hard to please everyone, and end up looking bad. Indecisive, not having a stand on issues, duh duh duh.
Yet being autocratic will draw criticisms. Why should we do things your way. Can we do this instead. I don't want to do that.
But it's ok. Whatever I can do, choose to do, want to do, eventually will do, is all decided by my Father. Don't hafta try too hard to please or to direct. Will end up looking bad either way.
Praying appears to be a better option, anytime.
