Excitement

There's excitement in the air. The office move today brings about new neighbours and a re-configured environment. Everyone's busy with unpacking and unloading, and checking out the proximity to bosses and buddies.

There's excitement about Japan. It's the last day for me, and 90% of people will go "Are you excited?". I've seriously not had the time to feel excited. We had been so busy with packing, packing and more packing that I'm just, tired. Add to that the thought of going there with NOTHING to do.

"Have a kid there!", or "You have all the time in the world to shop and have coffee!"

Well, it takes 9 months to pop a kid, and there's probably just me, myself, and I to shop and have coffee with.

Nevertheless, I'm totally focused on going there. Days just pass with clearing work, handing over stuff, getting the tenancy done, doing administratives etc. Before we know it, we're into our last week at home, and our last night on our Sealy bed before the tenants come in.

The real teary goodbyes will have to come later.
